七元煤矿煤层气储层特征与定量排采制度研究

Research of reservoir characteristics and production system of coalbed methane in Qiyuan coal mine

摘要: 通过煤田钻孔和已钻煤层气参数井资料对沁水盆地北部七元煤矿首采区15#煤的煤岩、煤质类型、埋深、厚度、物性、温度和压力、含气性和等温吸附等储层特征进行了分析研究,并制定了定量排采制度。结果表明,15#煤储层厚度稳定,平均337m,埋深适中,平均730m。煤岩类型以半亮型煤为主,热演化程度较高,镜质体反射率为25%~315%,含气量402~1713m3/t,平均1350m3/t,有利于煤层气开发。但15#煤平均孔隙度585%,平均渗透率043mD,属低孔低渗储层。储层压力范围为193~538MPa,平均307MPa,储层平均压力梯度043MPa/100m,储层欠压严重,不利于煤层气开发。8口排采井见气前排采速率是见气后排采速率的38~77倍,见气前压降幅度88~105kPa/d,见气后压降幅度19~25kPa/d。根据排采井的地质特征,精确控制压降的定量排采制度是影响煤层气排采井产量的关键因素。

Abstract: Coal petrology and properties, depth, thickness, properties, temperature and pressure, hydrocarbon content and isothermal adsorption properties characteristics of 15# coal bed in Qiyuan first coal mining area were analysed. Thickness of 15# coal bed is stable, average is 3.37m. Buried depth is moderate, average is 730m. Coal petrology is given priority to half light type, thermal evolution degree is higher, vitrinite reflectance is 2.5%~3.15%, the range of CBM content is 4.02m3/t to 17.13m3/t, average is 13.50m3/t. These conditions are conducive to development of CBM of the 15# coal。But the average porosity is 5.85%, the average permeability is 0.43mD, belongs to low porosity low permeability reservoir. These conditions are not conducive to development. According to the geological characteristics of 8 groups of u-shaped horizontal well, the key factors impacting production of the CBM is quantitative production system with accurate control of the pressure drop. The results show that the pressure drop rate of pre-desorption time is 3.8~7.7times of after desorption time, the pressure drop rate of pre-desorption time is 8.8~10.5kPa/d, the pressure drop rate of after desorption time is 1.9~2.5kPa/d.
